Our Policies

Unless delays from the partnering store, restaurant or business, or for any other unforseen occurrences, all orders within the Aflao township are fulfiled within 1 hour. For other towns outside of Aflao but within Ketu South, the orders take between 1 to 2 hours, whereas outside of Ketu South, orders take within 3 hours to a full business day. We are not yet fulfilling orders outside of the Volta Region.

All payments are upon delivery for now with cash or mobile money.

We have an instant return policy; we deliver the order to you, you check, and if it is not exactly what you have anticipated, you get it returned on the spot back to the delivery agent. But, this does not include food orders, drugs, and groceries.
